ST 50 Borehole Drilling Machine Operation Attentions:

1) The drill can be started only after the power machine operates normally. The clutch shall be engaged smoothly without impact. It must be light, uniform and stable.

(2) When pulling the transmission or transfer case handle to change speed, the clutch must be disengaged first. It is strictly prohibited to start the transmission. The gear can be shifted only after the gear speed slows down to avoid damaging the gear.

(3) Each shift gear shall be fully engaged to avoid damage to the gear by automatic sliding.

(4) During operation, pay attention to check the operating parts, such as bearing, gearbox, etc. the temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃. If it is overheated, stop the machine for inspection.

(5) In case of clutch heating or slipping, stop the machine for inspection and adjust the clearance of clutch friction plate. The clearance adjustment shall be appropriate. If it is too tight, the clutch will not engage; If it is too loose, the clutch will work in the semi clutch state, which will reduce the transmission torque and rapidly wear the friction plate.

(6) Before starting the drilling rig for drilling, the drilling tool shall be lifted away from the hole bottom, and then the clutch shall be closed. After the drilling rig operates normally, the pressure shall be applied for drilling.

(7) When using the elevator, it is forbidden to press down the left and right handlebars at the same time, or tighten the handlebars combined with the foot brake at the same time; The winch shall not be overloaded.

(8) Before starting drilling for a new drill or a drill with a long shutdown time, the drill shall run at 2 speeds for at least 20 min. normal drilling can be carried out only after lubricating oil is splashed on each gear and bearing.
