Here is the drilling process of drilling machine
1. According to the water yield requirements of the well, the depth and diameter of the well are designed, and the drilling machine and corresponding auxiliary equipment are selected according to the formation conditions.
2. Before drilling, machine platform leveling, equipment layout, equipment storage, tower erection and drilling rig placement shall be done well.
3. Drilling in the loose formation, using percussive drilling machine water pressure step by step reaming construction technology.
4. Rotary core drilling is used to drill holes in bedrock aquifer.
5. In the process of drilling, the description should be made according to the technical requirements, and the layered soil samples, water samples and temperature measurement should be taken. The quality and quantity of sampling should be guaranteed.
There are seven points for attention in the construction process of drilling machine
1. The operators of water well drilling rig shall be trained and qualified and take up the post with certificate.
2. The equipment entering the site shall meet the construction requirements, and the trial operation test shall be conducted before the formal start-up of the well drilling rig, and the operation status shall be stated in time.
3. The specific drilling process should be prepared, the operation rules and standards of water well drilling equipment should be prepared, and the construction records should be made.
4. During the drilling process, it is not allowed to rotate until the planned elevation is reached. Maybe if the drill pipe needs to be rotated or raised under special circumstances, the drill pipe should be lifted to the surface, and the bit valve should be dredged and closed from the beginning. The operator should strictly control the descent speed and rotation speed of the threaded bit.
5. Before drilling, carefully check whether the air hole at the top of the core pipe is smooth, whether the concrete delivery hose joint is outstanding, and whether there is distorted appearance.
6. In the process of hole forming, when the drill pipe is found shaking or the footage is slow, the footage should be slowed down to avoid pile hole deflection, displacement and damage of drill pipe and drilling tool.
