1. The wellhead enclosure should be raised above the ground by more than 0.3m and equipped with guardrails. During night work, warning red lights should be hung.
2. Personnel working in the well must wear safety helmets, hang safety ropes, and wear insulated rubber shoes. Personnel are not allowed to carry any tools or materials up and down. Emergency soft ladders must be installed inside the well.
3. When working in the well, there must be a dedicated person guarding the wellhead, keeping in touch with the personnel inside the hole at all times, and paying attention to changes in the protective wall and the construction situation at the bottom of the well. If any abnormalities are found, immediate assistance should be provided to evacuate the personnel inside the hole.
4. Winches, winches, hoists, and other machinery must be regularly inspected and maintained. Protective covers and other facilities should be installed inside the well to prevent objects from falling. Low voltage running lights should be used for lighting inside the well. The lifting equipment must have limiters and anti unhooking devices.
