How to remove a broken drilling bit
1、 Using a pry bar to remove
When the drilling bit falls underground, a longer pry bar can be used.
1. Insert the pry bar directly into the well.
2. Find the location of the broken drill bit and use force to pry the pry bar.
3. Hook out the broken drill bit.
2、 Using an electric drill to remove
A small electric drill can also be used to remove a broken drill bit.
1. Insert the electric drill into the position where the drill bit is stuck.
2. Use the reverse function of the electric drill to rotate the stuck drill bit.
3. Slowly exit the drill bit.
3、 Use drill pipe to pry out
Another method is to use a drill rod to pry out the broken drill bit.
1. Insert the drill pipe into the bottom of the well.
2. Find the location of the broken drill bit and press the drill rod against it.
3. Use pliers or other tools to pry the drill pipe.
