How to deal with sticking of water well drilling rig
During the drilling operation of water well drilling rig, the common problem is sticking. The phenomenon that the pipe string and tools can not be lifted, lowered or rotated in the well is called sticking. In case of this phenomenon, the drilling rig can no longer work normally.
According to the current strength of the drill bit, the broken wing has been basically eliminated. In case of special circumstances, a section of seamless pipe with a diameter almost the same as the hole diameter can be used. The pipe is filled with butter, asphalt and other materials, which are connected with the drill pipe into the hole bottom. The broken wing at the hole bottom is taken out. The rock powder at the hole bottom is blown out before fishing.
In severe cases, the drilling tool can not be lifted or put down, and the impactor does not sound. At this time, only external torque or auxiliary tools can be used to help promote the drilling tool, so as to make the drilling tool rotate. Then, the drilling tool should be promoted while supplying gas until the fault is removed. When re drilling, pressure shall be applied first, and then the propulsive force shall be gradually increased until the normal working pressure.
