Drilling Rig Mud Pump Description:

 

The BW-250 grouting pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump. The pump has two bore and four speeds. Large bore (φ80mm) can be used as a supporting equipment for 1000m large-diameter drilling rigs. Small bore (φ65mm) can be used as a supporting equipment for 1500m small-aperture drilling rigs. Both bores have four displacements, which can be used for different aperture depths. The number of flow stops is limited, and the three-way flow adjustment mechanism must still be retained). Drilling Rig Mud Pump Technology

 

The mud weight ν is calculated according to the requirement of balanced formation pressure. That is, ν H = PC or ν H = P0. In order to improve the wear resistance of mud pump liner, this paper uses the modern computer technology, based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, carries on the finite element analysis to the mud pump liner, and finds the method to improve the wear resistance of the liner.
