Features of mud pump:

• 1. The pump adopts a large channel system, which can effectively prevent the blockage of large particles of sand and gravel.
• 2. The machine is equipped with rubber tugboat, which can be moved and fixed, which is convenient for engineering construction.
• 3. The machine adopts the structure of adjustable pressure limiting unloading valve, and the pressure can be set arbitrarily in the range of 0.5-5.0mpa to meet the needs of various construction. When the grouting pressure exceeds the set value, the unloading valve will open automatically and the slurry will return to the slurry storage tank. It will not affect the project quality due to overpressure and effectively protect the equipment and pipelines.
• 4. The machine adopts double inlet suction, the main suction inlet is the cement mortar inlet for engineering, and the secondary suction inlet is clean water inlet. When the mortar pump needs to stop for a long time, the water valve can be opened to clean the flow channel system of the pump at any time, so that the mortar pump will not be blocked by the deposition of cement mortar. This structure is also suitable for some double liquid grouting projects, which is really a multi-purpose machine.
• 5. The plunger of the machine adopts multi-stage sealing assembly, and the ball valve adopts high hardness steel ball valve, which greatly prolongs the service life of the main vulnerable parts.
• 6. The machine has high suction performance and large particle diameter sand passing capacity, so that large particles (≤ 6 mm) can be transported smoothly (when the total content is less than 5%).

• 1. The dam body of earth dam and earth rock dam in the river channel of reservoir, the cracks and loose layer of dam foundation, and the grouting of cement mortar for karst cave and fault water blocking.
• 2. The grouting of mortar and anchor rod in bolt shotcreting support engineering.
• 3. Grouting of cement mortar in tunnel engineering.
• 4. Grouting of cement mortar for diaphragm wall.
• 5. The mortar pouring at the junction of highway and bridge.
• 6. High level or long-distance transportation of other high viscosity solid-liquid mixtures.

Precautions for mud pump

• (1) Always pay attention to the indication of pressure gauge. If the indication of pressure gauge or the safety device does not work after exceeding the pressure, find out the reason and clear the fault
• Restart.
• (2) Pay attention to whether the structure of the mortar pump and motor is normal. When any fault is found, stop the pump immediately and open the discharge valve to reduce the pressure and eliminate the fault.
• (3) Attention should be paid to make the gland press the packing to avoid leakage. If there is still leakage after pressing, the packing or piston should be replaced according to the specific situation.
• (4) The consistency of the mixed mortar shall be measured before entering the pump. During the test, the consistency meter shall be vertical to the slurry surface, and it shall be laid down easily to sink with its own weight.
• (5) At the end of each shift, clean water must be pumped immediately, and the pipeline and pump interior must be cleaned until the ball valve, discharge port, suction port and discharge port are ensured
• The valve is clean and smooth.
• (6) The upper chamber should be filled with oil.
