Features of mud pump:
1. The pump adopts a large channel system, which can effectively prevent the blockage of large particles of sand and gravel.
2. The machine is equipped with rubber tugboat, which can be moved and fixed, which is convenient for engineering construction.
3. The machine adopts the structure of adjustable pressure limiting unloading valve, and the pressure can be set arbitrarily in the range of 0.5-5.0mpa to meet the needs of various construction. When the grouting pressure exceeds the set value, the unloading valve will open automatically and the slurry will return to the slurry storage tank. It will not affect the project quality due to overpressure and effectively protect the equipment and pipelines.
4. The machine adopts double inlet suction, the main suction inlet is the cement mortar inlet for engineering, and the secondary suction inlet is clean water inlet. When the mortar pump needs to stop for a long time, the water valve can be opened to clean the flow channel system of the pump at any time, so that the mortar pump will not be blocked by the deposition of cement mortar. This structure is also suitable for some double liquid grouting projects, which is really a multi-purpose machine.
5. The plunger of the machine adopts multi-stage sealing assembly, and the ball valve adopts high hardness steel ball valve, which greatly prolongs the service life of the main vulnerable parts.
6. The machine has high suction performance and large particle diameter sand passing capacity, so that large particles (≤ 6 mm) can be transported smoothly (when the total content is less than 5%).
