Firstly, in addition to daily maintenance during construction, tracked drilling rigs must also regularly maintain important components according to requirements. The following 5 points need special attention:

1. Before each work, add lubricating grease to the elevator. When adding oil to the elevator, be sure to open the grease nozzle on the other end, which is beneficial for squeezing out the previously injected butter. Otherwise, it may damage the oil seal inside the elevator.

2. Check whether the oil level in each fuel tank is sufficient and whether the oil quality is normal. Check whether the oil level in each gearbox gear is sufficient and whether the oil quality is normal; Check for oil leakage faults.

3. Check if the steel wire rope has broken wires and if the connections are intact and safe.

4. Check if the elevator rotates flexibly and if the internal grease is contaminated.

5. Check for cracks, rust, desoldering, and other damages in the steel structure.
