How to replace the drilling bits

1、 Preparation work

1. Confirm that the drill pipe has stopped rotating

2. Turn off the power supply of the drilling rig

3. Check if the old drill bit is in good condition

4. Prepare new drill bits and necessary tools and equipment (such as wrenches, pliers, pull plates, etc.)

2、 Dismantling old drill bits

1. Use a wrench to loosen the self-locking nut of the drill pipe

2. Use suitable pliers or wrenches to remove the old drill bit

3. Check and clean the drill pipe joints to ensure they are intact and undamaged

3、 Install a new drill bit

1. Insert the new drill bit into the drilling rig to align it with the drill pipe joint

2. Use a short pliers or wrench to tighten the self-locking nut to ensure that the new drill bit is securely connected to the drilling rig

3. Confirm whether the new drill bit matches the drilling rig correctly and check if its installation position is correct

4、 Adjusting the drill bit

1. Insert the drill pipe into the drill bit, paying attention to keeping it in a horizontal position

2. According to the operating instructions of the drilling rig, adjust the position and angle of the drill bit to ensure that it points towards the predetermined target

3. Start the drilling rig for trial drilling, check if the position of the drill bit is accurate, and make necessary adjustments.
